Handi-Foam Standard Two-Component Foam Kits

Handi-Foam® Two-Component Foam is a chemically cured foam system. Two-Component foam systems consist of an “A” component and a “B” component. These two components mix in the nozzle of the dispensing unit, and the resulting foam cures much more quickly than One-Component foams. Handi-Foam has a density of 1.75 lbs. Per cubic ft. and are UL-94 rated for use in appliances and spas. Handi-Foam Two-Component Foams expand at a ratio of 8:1 and carry an R-value of 6-7 per inch. Handi-Foam Two-Component Foam is tack-free in less than 60 seconds, is cuttable in 2-5 minutes and cures completely in several hours. Cured foam can resist heat and cold –200 to +200°F (-129 to +93°C); however, cured foam is not resistant to UV rays (sunlight) unless painted or stained. Cured foam can be trimmed, sanded and painted. Contains no formaldehyde.

• Handi-Foam® Two-Component Large Kits are packaged in an easy open box with pre-attached hoses and dispensing gun on upright cylinders (will arrive in two packages). Each Kit includes 8 extra nozzles (5 Cone, 3 Fan). Additional Cone & Fan style nozzles available for sale in our on-line store.
